Q:  How do I contact someone for questions about the online store and/or my order?

A:  You can call 281-829-2332 and dial extension 1, e-mail info@revivalradio.net or click the "Contact Us" link at the top right hand side of this page and complete/submit the form.

 

Q: Is what I'm buying a downloadable product or a physical product to be mailed to my address?  

A:  Everything under the Category entitled "Mailed Products" will be mailed to your specified shipping address.  Everything under the Category entitled "Downloadable Products" are products that are to be downloaded to your personal computer, tablet or smart phone (Note:  An e-mail from the store will be sent with links for downloading your products)

 

Q: I never got an e-mail with an order confirmation or I haven't received any e-mails from the online store after completing the check-out.  Did my order go through?

A: Sometimes the automated e-mails are categorized as "Junk Mail". Check your "Junk Mail" or "Spam" folders for the e-mail.  You can always check the status of and/or access your order (anytime) by logging back into the online store, using the login name and password initially setup. Once logged in, click on “My Account” at the top left of the screen, and then click on "View Order Status" or “Completed Orders”.  Find your order(s) and it should indicate whether the status of the order.  If the order has been completed (processed), there should be a “Download Files” link just below each order that you can click to download your file(s) to your computer.  If there is no information about your order, it means we never received your order.  You can e-mail info@revivalradio.net for further assistance.

 

Q: I placed an order for a "Downloadable Product" and received an e-mail from the online store, but I don't see the "Download Files" link, what do I do?  

A: Usually it's due to a payment being processed/pending. Most of the time payment is approved immediately, but some transactions (especially when done through PayPal accounts) take a couple days to authorize. Sometimes it might be because bank account or credit/debit card information are entered incorrectly (i.e. wrong expiration, transposed digits, etc.).  Check your bank/card statement to see if the transaction has posted.  (You may have to give it a couple days). Contact us at info@revivalradio.net and we can help you determine the reason for the delay.

 

Q: Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

A: NO!  You will need a valid debit/credit card.  The payment is processed by PayPal, but no PayPal account is required.  However, if the card you are trying to use for payment is already associated with a PayPal account, it will ask you to log into your PayPal account to process the payment with that card.

 

Q: When I try to download an audio file (i.e. MP3) from the website directly to my smart Phone or tablet, I get a "black" screen or a screen with a play button arrow with a slash through it.  How can I download and play from my phone/tablet?

A: Apple products, such as iPhones and iPads, are equipped to play Apple's proprietary audio files only.   All online store audio files are in .mp3 format, so you will need to download an app such as "FREE MP3" to play them from some phones and/or tablets, such as the iPhone or iPad.

  • Go to the Apple App or Google Play Store and search for "Free mp3 music download"; it should be the first app in the list
  • Download, then launch the app
  • Use the web browser within the app to log back into the online store (www.thepokstore.com)
  • Click on “my account” (at the top) and then click “completed orders” (in the middle).
  • Find the sermon file(s) you want to download and click the download files link.  
  • That should save the sermon to the app (and your phone) and allow you to play it from within the app.
